A beneficial way to develop individual skills on the court is training independently with Combine Basketball. Individual skill development sessions enable players to get the maximum number of repetitions in drills comprised of shooting, ball handling, and attacking.
Combine Basketball Group Training has proven to be an especially effective form of player development due to the raised level of intensity that comes from the competition between players within the same session. Combine Basketball group training sessions focus on small group competition and individual skill development comprised of shooting, ball handling, and attacking.
Combine Basketball team training sessions focus on competition, team unity, and team skill development.
Strength and Conditioning
The Combine Basketball Training Staff uses its invaluable insight from the NBA Pre-draft, NBA training camps, and High Major Division 1 Strength and Conditioning programs to train the body to become bigger, faster, and stronger. The main focus within our Strength and Conditioning program is developing and improving our clients’ athleticism. The Combine Basketball Strength and Conditioning System focuses on gaining Core and Gluteus Strength, while strengthening muscle groups that aid in injury prevention.
Summer Player Development Trials
Combine Basketball Summer Player Development Trials give athletes the opportunity to be in a professional and private development setting, while gaining drastic improvements to their skill set, strength/athleticism, and competitive nature. 1-4 Week Trials will daily consist of multiple hours in the gym with an on-court training session, strength and conditioning/agility workout, individual shooting, regeneration and yoga, and refereed competition of 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3, 4 vs 4, and Combine Basketball’s exclusive 5 vs 5 games.

Heading into this offseason, I decided to make COMBINE BASKETBALL my home base for on court skills and strength training and could not be happier with my decision. I plan on continuing my work with Jonah Baize and the rest of the staff at Combine Basketball for years to come.
